What exactly is “Time Line” Therapy?
With one session, “Time Line” Therapy can help you get rid of disabling thoughts, fears and phobias. It will redirect your negative thoughts for good, and enable you to think most positively, all in one session. “Time Line” therapy is a form of hypnosis mixed with the powerful therapy of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). It is faster than traditional hypnotherapy and traditional psychotherapy techniques taught to patients who want to pursue a self-improvement program.
How Time Line Therapy Can Benefit You…
Since 1985*, it has been an effective treatment for those who suffer from negative thinking patterns brought on by bad habits, phobias, even “post-traumatic stress syndrome.” Thoughts such as ‘I can’t be successful,” or “I can never have a fulfilling relationship,” and the like can actually hold us back, creating a life filled with regret and missed opportunities. And once we think these kinds of negative thoughts, we get into an unhealthy habit, and thus, it becomes an unhappy cycle. Time Line Therapy can get at the root cause of these maladies, and help you reprogram your thinking, even creating a positive outcome.
In traditional hypnotherapy or psychotherapy, it may take an entire session or more to release one event or memory. But with Time Line Therapy, you can get to the core, rethink the event or memory, and thus change how you think about the event. You will have a different perspective about it, realize how it happened, turn it around so that you can understand it, and typically, clients are free from the negative emotional feelings associated with it.
Time Line Therapy has an amazing feature. In just one session, most clients are able to get to the root of their negative thought patterns and self-limiting beliefs. But that’s not all. By understanding and releasing the root cause, clients have experienced a kind of domino effect: all of the negatives that have collected over time by that root cause are eliminated. If there is something you’re failing to achieve, it just may be that you’re holding yourself back by conditioned thinking, always thinking negatively. Time Line Therapy can help you release that and create an successful outcome to your quest.
For example: Each of us has experienced events, good and bad. These memories are filed away in what is called our “Time Line,” within our neurology we call memories. And, it has been said that our memories are a big part of what makes us who we are. Using the techniques described, we can begin rethinking some of these memories, experience a healthy and dramatic improvement in our lives.
The benefits of “Time Line Therapy” include:
Some clients are uncomfortable, or feel they are incapable of undergoing a deep level of hypnosis. Time Line Therapy only requires a very light state of hypnosis. This lighter level of hypnosis actually speeds up the process.
Some clients may also be uncomfortable with reliving an unpleasant memory. But, “Time Line Therapy” does not rely on the actual cause of the problem; rather it works with the unconscious mind to locate the original root cause on your own memory’s “time line.” Your unconscious is already aware of where the cause is. And clients will not have to re-experience something which may have been very unpleasant.
Best of all: the results of “Time Line Therapy” are permanent. The negative emotions and the limiting beliefs will be released, never to return. Your new life awaits!
